To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

A Time to be born and a time to die; with the COVID-19 pandemic the world in general has experienced a lot of death these past few months!.

A time to plant and a time to pluck up that which is planted; Some feel that they have spent a lot of time and investment in planting and now it is has been simply plucked up and eroded during the past few months.

A time to kill and a time to heal; Yes, there have been a lot of deaths and a lot of people have been killed as a result of COVID-19 but a lot of people have also been healed and given a new perspective and lease on life!.

A time to break down and a time to buildup: This is a time to break down old barriers and rid yourself of old stigmatisms, prejudices and other non- productive influences, use this time to start to re-build that which has been considered to have been torn down or eroded away!.

A time to weep and a time to laugh. Loosen up a little, don’t always sweat the small stuff! Grab ahold of some joy! Get rid of those sad stories and woe is me attitudes! Remember “STRESS is Desserts spelled backwards. Take time to Encourage yourself Tell yourself “self no sad stories can reside here”!.

A time to mourn, and a time to dance; Mourn if necessary but don’t stay there in that condition for too long; however, don’t let anyone rush you through your period of mourning. Everyone’s time of mourning and means of mourning is very different.

A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing; Embrace family members of the same household but with others remember your 6 feet social distancing standard! Wear your face masks and wash your hands often (at least for 20 seconds).

A time to get and a time to lose; A time to time to keep, and a time to cast away, it’s really time to shake some stuff off! It’s been weighing you down for too long! Weights can so easily beset us!.

A time to rend and a time to sew; a time to keep silence and a time to speak.

Ecclesiastes: 3 1 – 7.

I am confident with the COVID-19 pandemic a lot of people including you that are reading this can relate, to what has been noted above. Yes, the Coronavirus pandemic has killed a lot of people (worldwide).

Additionally, it has caused and brought on a lot of weeping coupled with uncertainty. people have had to “cast away (quarantine) and are no longer able to embrace or love on their distant family members or other extended family members and loved ones; some family members or loved ones may have even had to die alone during this season! Additionally, some of you feel that you have lost a lot during these past few months Some feel it in the realm of finances, prestige, job status; relationships, influence, or other connections that seem to have dissipated.

That brings me to the topic of effectively Managing Change.

Change will manage you or either you will manage change sometimes both takes place and occurs in concert. Change is inevitable and is a part of life and growth. Life is simply full of make or break moments, change may come from external forces that are out of your control; (i.e. COVID-19 pandemic) or through things that you can personally control. So be careful to not always fight against change! like the peaceful flow of a river, enjoy following the current and don’t exhaust yourself fighting to go upstream.

Embrace change and enjoy it’s benefits which will eventually be revealed to those who willingly accept change, use it wisely and esteem it’s value. Those who reject change find themselves dying a slow death of denial. Change needs to be viewed as a positive reality, versus a negative nuisance. We all need to take responsibility during these changing times (i.e. this is a time of new normalcy) We need to be able to effectively negotiate these transitional turns and take on and create new perspectives.

We need to prepare our families for change because it has arrived. Teach them to enjoy and cherish today, and be in anticipation of tomorrow. Many times, change causes something to have to die (a time to die) this may be in the form of “an old way or method of doing things or even your thought processes, may need to be changed or eradicated. (put totally to rest or absolutely set aside).

At the beginning of change there is an open invitation for you to bury those out of date expectations, unrealistic, goals & aspirations. Additionally, at this time. it is very wise to address your fears; don’t be afraid or scared to charter and migrate into new waters expand your territories! fear will simply paralyze you and hinder you from being able to move forward and once again become productive!.

Put your hand to the plow and don’t look back! Forward March! Begin your change process by gathering new pertinent and relevant information “do your homework” gather pertinent information, develop and form new insights. Don’t try to manipulate the outcome let it occur naturally! Above all else, never lose the spirit and wisdom of Christ during this shifting and course correction.

The scripture states: (But my God shall supply all your needs, according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:19) just be aware that sometimes our plans do not go as we had planned and hoped, they appear to have become shattered dreams and thus destroyed (so we thought ) your emotions then begin to vacillate between bewilderment and anger, my advice at that point (if you are there) is to just enjoy the ride, if you are bewildered, and fell torn down, get off the train of “why me”/ or woe is me!, dust yourself off get back on board, take a seat and enjoy the ride as you pass this test that has been handed you, pass it with flying colors and keep moving!

Remember, change is intended to bring about a change and typically in times like this, your attitude will really determine your altitude But the caveat is that YOU have to pass the test, with a passing score you are usually greatly rewarded/awarded and receive a great return on your investment.

The reward is typically “double for your trouble” if you faint not!! So, hang in there my fellow Sisters and Brothers who are wedding planners, coordinators and designers! You will be an effective eye witness plus have a great testimony of how this pandemic actually worked in YOUR FAVOR and on YOUR behalf! Please don’t faint or get weary in your well doing; keep pressing toward the mark! This is a set up that has been specially designed, created, and crafted by God to catapult your business to higher heights and levels Peace!

Words can’t express the meaningful deep biblical scripture that has come to light, God is My refuge Samuel 22:3.
